This is my review and I felt the need to split it by sections to give people on the lookout for new apartments the best information at their disposable. Management are going to reply with some BS respectfully don’t listen to it judging by their responses to these reviews ⭐ Property Management — 0.5 / 5 Property management at Windsor Place Apartments was the most disappointing aspect of living here. The most serious issue was their complete dismissal of a pest problem inside the unit. Management attempted to downplay the situation by incorrectly labeling the pests as “water bugs,” which is unacceptable regardless — especially with a child and a pet living in the unit. Multiple photos of the pests were taken and can be provided if requested, yet management failed to take the issue seriously. This behavior destroyed any trust I had in the management team. Pest control visited multiple times and repeated the same narrative, which became increasingly questionable when challenged. Management also proposed an outrageous lease renewal: over $1,300 for a ~500 sq ft studio, far above what the unit was worth. I am now paying that same amount for a significantly larger 2 bed / 2 bath apartment elsewhere. Additionally, management dismissed legitimate concerns when maintenance installed a microwave that did not fit the designated space, preventing it from opening fully. Instead of acknowledging the mistake and ordering a correctly sized replacement, the issue was brushed off entirely. Overall, management leadership appeared dismissive, uneducated on basic housing concerns, and disconnected from market reality. ⭐ Maintenance — 3 / 5 Maintenance at Windsor Place Apartments was almost entirely carried by one individual. A maintenance worker named Vance handled nearly all work orders and consistently showed professionalism, kindness, and reliability. He was often the only staff member addressing issues and took responsibility for cleaning dog waste when his staff refused. Aside from one newer hire, the rest of the maintenance staff appeared largely inactive. The most notable failure was the microwave replacement, where a unit that clearly did not fit the space was installed instead of ordering the correct dimensions. Without Vance, this rating would be significantly lower. ⸻ ⭐ Amenities — 3 / 5 Amenities at Windsor Place Apartments were serviceable but underwhelming. The property offers: • A dog park • A small pool • Grills • A small gym While these amenities are usable, upkeep is lacking. The gym equipment — particularly the dumbbells — was visibly deteriorating and not replaced in a timely manner. Considering the pricing Windsor Place Apartments attempts to justify, the amenities fall short of expectations. ⸻ ⭐ Neighborhood — 3.5 / 5 The neighborhood surrounding Windsor Place Apartments was generally quiet and pleasant. Most neighbors were older, respectful, and friendly, which contributed to a calm environment. Downsides included: • Vehicles frequently speeding through the property • One neighboring unit consistently leaving trash on their balcony However, the location is convenient, with easy access to Western and nearby stores, making daily errands simple. ⸻ ⭐ Unit — 2 / 5 The studio unit itself was poorly designed and underwhelming. Issues included: • Closet doors repeatedly falling off their rails • Washer and dryer barely fitting the hookup space • Refrigerator area not properly sized • Overall inefficient layout The unresolved pest issue significantly impacted livability. While the unit was reasonably priced initially, Windsor Place Apartments attempted to raise rent far beyond its actual value. There are many nearby properties offering better layouts, more space, and superior amenities at similar price points — including where I currently live. ⸻ Overall Verdict Windsor Place Apartments management consistently fails residents. Between poor leadership, unresolved pest concerns, and unjustified rent increases, I would not recommend this property, particularly for families or pet owners.
The customer service and management is AMAZING. i love every single thing about this apartment complex but the quality and space is very iffy. its a wonderful starter but as life goes on weve began to lack space and the apartment has had a hard time holding up, luckily the maintenance guys are always straight on it though.
The management is so awesome could not ask for better. Brie flores and Michelle are really doing gods work.
Zach and all the guys that work on the maintenance crew are awesome! Professional, friendly, timely, and courteous!

Qualifying criteria? Hahahahaha. I lived there and had no problems getting approved. But cute of you to insinuate that I didn’t to make yourselves look better. I have tried contacting you… yet still no call back? Ironic no?
I have to give a huge shout out to Troy in Maintenance! He came by to check our fridge on a Sunday Maintenance issue because it wasn't working properly and had cut off and we were worried about all our food. He called back immediately from my voicemail and was here in about 10 minutes. He was so funny, knowledgeable, patient and helpful! While here i mentioned that I couldn't clean my burner pans because I couldn't disengage the coils. Again, he ran out and brought new burner pans, replaced them, and showed my husband that it's difficult, but not impossible. Thank you again for having him on your team I hope for many more years!
The units are very small for the money or rent they charge. The kitchen is very but very small. The counter space is very limited. It does have a dish washer. Refrigerator is also a small size. The community is very clean, there is enough parking area. There's also a large pool, and a gym 🏋️♀️ 💪.
Troy came by to change out my air filter and then Greg came by to make sure everything was completed and introduce himself. He is another great tech for the Windsor Place team!
