Bryan always does a great job

Maintenance team went above and beyond my expectations

Even after I was advised by the office that maintenance might not be able to come to my apartment today to fix my dryer that wasn't working due to an influx of emergency work orders, bryan came by and knew what was wrong and fixed it with a new knob within minutes. He is amazing!

Brian the Maintenance Supervisor is always polite, considerate and professional at his craft. My thought is that you are lucky to have him.

The staff was friendly, and the place met my needs during my stay. However, there was an issue with air circulation in the studio apartments due to the window unit. It caused excessive moisture in the closets. If this could be improved by installing central heating and air conditioning, this place would definitely earn a 5-star rating. This is my only complaint. Again, staff and people were very good!

The ladies in the office were very nice and helpful. We had a smooth move out. I definitely will keep referring people to Windsor.

For the price, I would’ve appreciated more effort into the quality of the apartments. Cheap cabinets and things like that. Lack of space. For an apartment complex with mainly active duty marines, charging top dollar for very mediocre amenities and zero space is a little disappointing. I loved the staff however and they did an amazing job

The only thing that was missing is the replacement of the rubber door sweep. Everything else was perfect.
