I have to give a huge shout out to Troy in Maintenance! He came by to check our fridge on a Sunday Maintenance issue because it wasn't working properly and had cut off and we were worried about all our food. He called back immediately from my voicemail and was here in about 10 minutes. He was so funny, knowledgeable, patient and helpful! While here i mentioned that I couldn't clean my burner pans because I couldn't disengage the coils. Again, he ran out and brought new burner pans, replaced them, and showed my husband that it's difficult, but not impossible. Thank you again for having him on your team I hope for many more years!

The units are very small for the money or rent they charge. The kitchen is very but very small. The counter space is very limited. It does have a dish washer. Refrigerator is also a small size. The community is very clean, there is enough parking area. There's also a large pool, and a gym 🏋️‍♀️ 💪.

Troy came by to change out my air filter and then Greg came by to make sure everything was completed and introduce himself. He is another great tech for the Windsor Place team!

This place is truly terrible. The management and Work ethic is so sloppy. I visited a friend there recently and it was appalling how slow and inconsistent the staff were. The amount you're paying is not worth the room. My friend has repeatedly told the staff there are bugs. And been told basically to fix it themselves. Unbelievable.

I don't live here, but I stopped by a friends who just recently moved in there and although the area seems nice there is so much dog crap. It's in the street it's on the sidewalks it's on the lawns! It's disgusting! There's actually poop stations with bags right there and people don't bother to pick up their poop?! How lazy can you be? Where do the children play? Do they just come home covered in poop?

Michelle is a lifesaver! Every time I have an issue, she resolves it promptly. Her customer service skills are exceptional, and all the ladies at the front office are friendly and helpful. Additionally, the maintenance team is always on point in handling my work requests.
