Seems like the maintenance tends to not fully complete jobs. My toilet was leaking from the base so they came and replaced the internal seal. But they did not re-seal around the outside of the base, or replace the hardware holding the toilet to the floor. A few weeks ago they came to replace a pipe in my AC unit and had to cut open part of my wall. They patched the wall and never repainted it. So now I have giant white putty spots all over my wall.

I absolutely loved living at Windsor place ! Dog friendly, reliable and timely maintenance staff, and they actually present you your deposit if you keep the place nice. There’s always some social events or activities for the residents as well. It’s the best little community in town in my opinion

He came one day as I was leaving and I asked if he minded to come the next day because I was in a hurry and didn't lock up the cats and he said no problem. He came the next day fixed the burner and I'm glad to have it working again!

The worker is always professional and courteous. He asks questions and extends a warm energy in how he responds to things he is fixing. Very patient and humble.

Very helpful staff in person and on calls and the communication is awesome, they will say they will get to you as soon as they can and that is the truth, very great place for a starter who is ready to move to a new home. I promise you they won't disappoint

They came by the following day and fixed everything in a quick and timely manner. My dishwasher was broken and it was replaced with a new one by the end of the day!!!

Maintenance representative was pleasant and knowledgeable. It took him very little time to define and fix the problem. He was professional and courteous. Also, item was fixed just a couple of hours after I reported problem.

I love living here!! Anytime I have a maintenance problem they are very prompt about getting it done. Also the leasing office has been great! Thanks Niki and Michelle.

I have been living here for a year and no problems at all. If anytime you have a maintenance issue they are on top of it the same day!! Front office is very friendly and always willing to help as well as the maintenance personnel they get the job done! I would definitely recommend anyone to Windsor Place.!!!
