Great property great people!!

It has been an amazing experience living here. Bryan is always on point with the work orders and is very nice.

It took a week to get the part, I had no hot water for almost a week. Once again the machine to draw up the water was completely forgotten, the guy asked if it was our machine and we said no. We called the day before and asked about the part and when they would get around to picking it up again. We had it for almost 2 weeks when the upstairs neighbor had a leak and it came through David bedroom ceiling. The maintenance guy is always nice and is very polite. I just don't like housing your machine, because someone forgot to pick it up.

The management is nice but bad service, my AC has been not working since many time , when it is so cold it stops and when it is so hot it stops cooling. I called many time and they said they fix but it keeps doing the same thing over and over , now that appartment is 80 degrees and keep going up . I asked to for discount and compensation but they never give me anything or anything but heat and cold . . Most likely not renew my lease , definitely not recommend

I’ve lived at Windsor Place for 4 years now, and it has been an amazing experience. The staff—especially Katy, Michaelle, and Morgan—are absolutely the best! This complex was my very first home in North Carolina, and over the years, I’ve gained much more than just a great place to live; I’ve gained true friends who feel just like family!

Michelle from the office is always helpful and patient in helping me with paperwork. Greg from maintenance is always so friendly and willing to help me with my maintenance needs. I love living at Windsor Place.

Greg came to address the issue promptly on the same day, investigated thoroughly and fixed the problem. He was both professional and friendly as well as competent. We very much appreciate Greg and the rest of the maintenance team! So Thank You for a job well done👍
